Get up now and change something

Yes, I know. You are busy. I have learned I need to come up with something really catchy in the first millisecond for you to continue to read this text 😉

So, I am going to be super quick:

I want you to make one change in you life today, that will make a difference to how you feel about yourself tonight.

Just one.

It can be really quick:

Get up and stretch, when you finished reading this and do the sun-salute twice (if you don’t know anything about yoga, but always wanted to learn it, find out about a yoga class in your area now and enroll in your first class now!)

Send a kiss and a heard to your partner and tell them you are thinking of them.

Spend an extra ten minutes with your son/daughter asking them about their day instead of scrolling through your Facebook pages.

Take the dog for a walk.

Naturally it is not hard for me to do something different that makes my day at the moment: I just take 10 minutes off here and there and sit with one or two or three of our nine puppies, contemplating the miracles of nature.
